How long does tracking take to update?
The first scan can take 24-48 hours after the shipping confirmation email is sent. Updates can also take longer during weekends, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.
Why is my tracking number not working?
Check that every letter and number matches your shipping email. If the number still has no result after 48 hours, email help@47again.us with your order number and checkout email.
Why has my package stopped moving?
Packages sometimes travel between facilities without a public scan. The carrier page remains the best source for delivery exceptions and updated estimates.
Can I track my order without an account?
Yes. Once you receive a tracking number, enter it above. No 47 Again or Shopify account login is required to open carrier tracking.
