We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your hat must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at help@47again.us. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Gift cards and personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different style or color is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact help@47again.us.
